To mark their 125th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz is to thank their hometown Stuttgart, Germany, by staging an open air concert that will take place on the 11th August 2011 at the beautiful Schlossplatz, in the city centre.
Placebo has the great honor of headlining the concert on this very special landmark occasion, also appearing will be 30 Seconds To Mars
The show will be Placebo’s only festival appearance of 2011.

Somehow i'm not even sad that i can't go... them playing for mercedes sound wrong to me, end off. I dunno if it's me getting out of the hype (cause i'm sure i'm not getting out of their music) but i'm not as excited as everyone seems to be on facebook.
